Deposit & Withdrawal Terms

Any transaction disputes must be reported to the amoi123 support team within 30 days of the transaction date. Disputes raised after this period may not be eligible for processing.

Amoi123 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or business interruption.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Amoi123 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time in the event of a breach of these terms, suspicious activity, or upon request by the relevant authorities.
Users whose accounts are closed due to a terms violation are not entitled to reclaim any balance frozen during an ongoing investigation.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the amoi123 support team. Any valid remaining balance will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.
Changes to Terms, Third-Party Links & Governing Law
Amoi123 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed while all remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
